Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
Boneless chicken breast – 500 g (cut into small cubes)
Olive oil – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Garlic powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Paprika – 1 tsp (2 g)
Salt – 1 tsp (5 g)
Black pepper – ½ tsp (1 g)
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
BBQ sauce – 4 tbsp (60 ml)
For the Nachos:
Tortilla chips – 200 g
Cheddar cheese, shredded – 150 g
Mozzarella cheese, shredded – 100 g
JalapeΓ±os – 2–3 sliced
Red onion – ½ medium (≈50 g), finely chopped
Fresh cilantro – 2 tbsp (5 g)
Sour cream – 3 tbsp (45 g)
Salsa – 3 tbsp (45 g)
Avocado – 1 small, diced (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken cubes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 6–8 mins until chicken is lightly golden.
Add Worcestershire sauce + BBQ sauce, stir well, cook 2–3 mins more until coated and smoky.
Assemble the Nachos:
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray.
Top with cooked BBQ chicken, shredded cheddar & mozzarella, jalapeΓ±os, and red onion.
Bake & Serve:
Bake for 8–10 mins until cheese melts and slightly bubbles.
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
Serve hot and enjoy the ultimate cheesy BBQ goodness!
