 Chinese Chicken & Veggetables🐔🫑🌱



Ingredients:

300g Chicken

Salt as per taste

1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 Egg White

1/4 Cup Cornflour

1 Small Capsicum

1 Small Onion 

1 Carrot

Oil to Deep Fry Chicken & Veggies

1/4 Cup Oil

2tbsp Garlic

2tbsp Ginger

2tbsp Green Chillies

2 Cups Water Or Chicken Stock

Salt as per taste

1tbsp Chicken Powder or as per taste

1/2tbsp Sugar or as per taste

1tsp Black Pepper Powder

1tbsp Light Soya Sauce

1tbsp Oyster Sauce

1tbsp Cornflour mixed with 1/4 Cup Water

Spring Onion Greens for Garnishing


Method:

1. Cut chicken into thin strips.

2. Add salt, pepper, egg white & cornflour to chicken. Mix & Marinate for 15 mins. Deep fry ill light golden brown.

3. Cut the veggies and fry them for a minute

4. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic & chillies. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.

5. Add water or chicken stock. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder, chicken powder, light soya sauce & oyster sauce. Mix & bring to a boil.

6. Add cornflour slurry and mix well.

7. Add chicken & veggies. Mix well & cook for 2 mins.

8. Garnish with spring onion greens
