📝 Ingredients


Protein


1 lb chicken breast, diced


1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp chili powder


1 tsp cumin


½ tsp garlic powder


Salt & pepper


Bowl Base


2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cilantro-lime)


1 can black beans or pinto beans, drained & rinsed


Veggies & Toppings


1 red bell pepper, diced


1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1 avocado, diced


¼ cup chopped red onion


Fresh cilantro


Lime wedges


Sauce / Extras


Salsa or pico de gallo


Sour cream or Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)


Hot sauce (optional)


👩‍🍳 Directions


1️⃣ Cook proteins


Toss chicken with half the spices. Cook in olive oil over medium heat 6–8 min until golden and cooked through.


Toss shrimp with remaining spices. Cook 2–3 min per side until pink and tender.


2️⃣ Prep bowl base


Divide rice and beans into bowls.


3️⃣ Assemble bowls


Top rice & beans with chicken, shrimp, bell pepper, corn, tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.


4️⃣ Finish & serve


Sprinkle with cilantro, squeeze lime juice, and add salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce. Serve immediately 😋🔥
