This BBQ Tikka hits all the right notes — juicy bites with bold smoky flavor!

📝 Ingredients:


Boneless chicken cubes – 500 g

Thick yogurt – 4 tbsp (120 g)

BBQ sauce – 3 tbsp (60 g)

Ginger garlic paste – 1½ tbsp (25 g)

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)

Oil – 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Smoked paprika – 1½ tsp (4 g)

Red chili powder – 1 tsp (3 g)

Black pepper – ½ tsp (1 g)

Salt – 1 tsp (6 g)

Liquid smoke OR charcoal smoke – optional


👩‍🍳 Method:


In a bowl, mix yogurt, BBQ sauce, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, spices and salt.


Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).


Grill on pan, oven, air fryer, or BBQ until nicely charred and juicy.


For extra smokiness, give charcoal smoke (dhungar) for 2–3 minutes.


Serve hot with mint sauce or in wraps 🌯
