Ingredients:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Sliced green onions (optional garnish)
Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish. 🍽️ (5 minutes)
