🍗✨ Juicy chicken thighs coated in a sticky soy-ginger glaze! Bold, savory-sweet flavors make this an easy, crave-worthy dinner. 😍🔥


Ingredients:


6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs


Salt and black pepper to taste


¼ cup soy sauce


2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar


1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 tablespoon rice vinegar


1 tablespoon sesame oil


1 teaspoon cornstarch


2 tablespoons water


Sliced green onions (optional garnish)


Sesame seeds (optional garnish)


Instructions:


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish. 🍽️ (5 minutes)


Season chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides. 🍗 (3 minutes)


In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. 🥣 (5 minutes)
