Ingredients:
Fish fillets (boneless or with bone) – 500 g
Thick yogurt – 4 tbsp (120 g)
Tandoori masala – 2 tbsp (20 g)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp (15 g)
Lemon juice – 1½ tbsp (22 g)
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp (1 g)
Cumin powder – 1 tsp (2 g)
Coriander powder – 1 tsp (2 g)
Salt – 1 tsp (6 g) or to taste
Oil or melted butter – 1½ tbsp (22 g)
👩🍳 Method:
Wash fish and pat dry completely.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, spices, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, and oil.
Coat fish well and marinate 30–60 minutes.
Airfryer:
Preheat at 180°C.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flip once, until charred and juicy.
Pan Fry (Alternate):
Heat a non-stick pan with little oil.
Cook on medium heat 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges & mint chutney. Perfect with naan or as a light dinner.
