 Red Curry Roasted Duck  Recipe.



Ingredient:

300 g. Duck, roasted, cut into pieces.


2 cup of coconut milk.

10 cherry tomatoes, fresh.

A handful of sweet basil.

100 g. Pineapple, cut into pieces.

2 red chili, cut diagonally pieces.

2 kaffir lime leaves, shredded.

100 g. Turkey berry.

1/2 tbsp palm sugar.

100 g. Red curry paste.

1 tbsp fish sauce.


1 tbsp cooking oils.


Instructions:

- Heat a pan over the heat, add cooking oil and wait until the oil is hot and smokes.

- Add red curry paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

- Gradually add half a cup of coconut milk and simmer until the coconut milk separates.Add roast duck, pineapple, Turkish berries, tomatoes, kaffir lime leaves and  fresh chili. Stir to mix well.

- Then add the remaining coconut milk.

- Season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Stir together mix well.

- Wait until it boils, add sweet basil and mix well.Scoop and serve.
